David Affholter

David Affholter is originally from the Downriver Detroit area and moved to Indiana while in High School. David was President of his senior class at Marian High School in Mishawaka before coming to Fort Wayne to attend at the University of Saint Francis as a Computer Art major. While attending USF, David was the founding member of a service-based student organization with the Environmental Science Department and served as video coordinator for the Cougar Football and Basketball teams. Dave received awards as an outstanding student leader and for promoting the University's core values. Dave met his wife Emily in class at USF and they have 4 fantastic children ranging from 14 to 8 years of age. Dave’s favorite activities include spending time with friends and family in conversation and quality time. He spends time volunteering at his church, in children's ministry and as part of the tech team. It is important to Dave to value each person he meets and to live in a way that shows that he recognizes the worth in others. Dave is motivated in real estate, because he knows how a change in where you live can be necessary and beneficial in a person’s life, but it can also be stressful. Having been in that position, and having received help from others, Dave wants to pay that forward to his clients.
